Hi Steven,

Great article! Particularly loved your closing 3 paragraphs.

All the best,
Mark

P.S. E=mc^2 is my favorite formula.

Thank you Steven! Another fine blog you got us into...

I do believe you've found a new niche! Integral Entropy Studies... a field of possibilities wide open and waiting for exploration, investigation, theory-creation, education, community-building, and of course, eventual marketing and creative exploitation! I shall watch your new career with great interest...you're definitely on to something.

I wonder if you've ever read Robert Pirsig's books? Especially Lila in this context...here's why I thought of that:

<i>"Dynamic Quality is a stream of quality events going on and on forever, always in the cutting edge of the present. But in the wake of this cutting edge are static patterns of value. These are memories, customs, and patterns of nature. The reason there is a difference between individual evaluations of quality is that although Dynamic Quality is a constant, these static patterns are different for everyone because each person has a different static pattern of life history. Both the Dynamic Quality and the static patterns influence his final judgment."</i>
http://www.quantonics.com/Pirsigs_SODV.html#SODV Object Precedes Subject

..and so on...

I leave you with a little sci-fi cliche confection:
